What to include in a support request

  1. Exact page URL and section heading where confusion occurred.
  2. Request and response identifiers for API issues.
  3. Symbol, strategy, and approximate timestamp for trading-state questions.
  4. Observed error class and safety-failure variant when applicable.

Before escalating

Boundary rule

Use support channels after you have identified the exact route, statement, or workflow that is still insufficient. Public docs and the route-specific pages remain the first stop; support is the escalation path when the published contract is unclear or incomplete.
